Project Analyst
 
Responsibilities
• Evaluate potential investment opportunities of various industries in Hong Kong, China and overseas.
• Conduct thorough research, collect, analyze, and summarize relevant data and information.
• Carry out comprehensive due diligence, assess legal risks and cross-border transactions, provide actionable recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
• Develop strategies and identify key action items for disposal procedure
• Participate in negotiations, formulate deal structuring, and transaction execution
• Stay informed of regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and market risks that may impact investments.
• Work closely with portfolio managers and other analysts to support investment decision-making processes.
 
 
Qualifications
• Diploma in Business, Law or related disciplines
• 15-20 years of solid experience in handling cross-border issues
• Strong analytic and research skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
